B.U.M.S. (Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery)
 

MINIMUM STANDRD FO KAMIL-E-TIB-WA- JARAHAT (BUMS) COURSE :-

 

Eligibility for Admission: Admission to Kamil-E-Tib_Wa-Jarahat Course: A candidate seeking admission to main Kamil-E-Tib-Wa- Jarahat (Bachlor's of Unani Medicine and Surgery -B.U.M.S.) course must have passed intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination with fifty percent aggregate marks in the subject of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and also English. The candidate should have 10th Standard Urdu or Arbic or Persian language as a subject or clear the test of Urdu in the entrance examination conducted by the university or Board or Registered Society authorised by government to conduct such examination.

  • Main Course : 4 Years 6 Months

  • Internship : 1 year
 

Main course of 4 years 6 months shall be divided in four professional examinations. Internship will be compulsory for the students who passed B.U.M.S. final professional. They will do their rotatory Internship duty in the hospital for 12 months.

Minimum Qualification for Admission
 

           A candidate seeking admission into main Kamil-e-Tibb-Wa-Jarahat (Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery)                   course must passed I.Sc or 12th Standard with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with Urdu as N.R.B. or its                     equivalent examination or passed the pre-tibb examination of one year duration.

NOTE:- For BUMS main Course the Candidate should have also passed the qualifying examination with Urdu.

 
Minimum Age for Admission
 

           17 years on 1st October in the year of admission to main B.U.M.S. course.

 
Application Form
 

          The date of issuing application from is in mid of June and forms will be available up to end of July. The fulfilled               application form must reach to the principal on before end of August.

 
Selection Procedure
 

After screening of the application, intimation will be made to eligible candidates. If the candidates not getting any intimation they may contact the principal. Admission will be made on the basis of internal entrance test & personal interview to be conducted in the College by Examination Department on intimated date. The Candidates have to meet own travel expenses. The results will be published on the College notice board after 7 days of Entrance test.

 
Penalties and Fine

        Penalties and fine can be imposed by the Principal for the following reasons.

  • Less Attendance in college.
  • Absence without permission.
  • Non payment of fee by the prescribed date.
  • Damage to the college, dawakhana properties, library book and furniture.


Note:- In case of any dispute the matter will be settled in Gaya court, for any judicial matter the jurisdiction will be                    Gaya court and college has right to reject or accept any case.
